About The Opportunity
Due to increasing business demands, we are looking for a mid-level product counsel (4-8 PQE) to supercharge our legal function by providing end-to-end legal support to the design of our wide array of digital infrastructure product offerings and also to the delivery of our enterprise-grade technology solutions (main areas include cloud resale & migration, application development, and staking).
Role:
Oversee the tech business and ensuring timely delivery on multiple ongoing projects
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure wider strategic business objectives
Exposure to both external client solutions and internal tooling development
Digital strategy & software methodologies best practices
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution to maintain a competitive, scalable product suite
Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring engineers and scaling their capabilities in modern full-stack and blockchain development
Lead the growth of a high-performing technical team equipped for Web3 challenges
Collaborate on Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring that product launches are technically sound and positioned for maximum market impact
Represent BCW at industry events and workshops, building technical partnerships and driving community engagement
Attract, retain and develop high performers in all areas of the team
Exposure to infrastructure solutions and concepts such as scalable architecture, queuing mechanisms, stateless servers, Kubernetes, ci/cd pipelines, A/B & canary releases, production deployment methodologies.

What we look for in a candidate:
Crypto native with strong understanding of Cloud/dev Ops and system architecture
Web 3 and Cloud service business experience
Ability to lead and manage individuals and teams within the business (Stakeholder management)
Create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Proven technical experience in Web 3
