Banker's Lounge Academy has spent 16 years training the people who run Egypt's banks — 80,000+ graduates, 70% of them working inside financial institutions, corporate programs across 15 governorates. We're now bringing that same rigor into digital assets, and one of the biggest gaps we see in banks approaching this space is a practical one: how do people actually move around this ecosystem day to day — wallets, platforms, tools, and everything connecting them

We're hiring a Crypto Wallet & On-Chain Platforms Specialist — someone who actually lives across this infrastructure, not someone who's read a setup guide once. You've used multiple wallets, connected to on-chain platforms like Hyperliquid, moved assets across chains, and know the practical quirks and friction points most people never encounter until something goes wrong or something works surprisingly well.

What you'll actually do:

Walk banking professionals and students through how the crypto ecosystem actually connects — wallets, on-chain platforms, cross-chain movement

Demonstrate how platforms like Hyperliquid and similar on-chain venues actually work in practice, using demo/testnet environments

Build case studies from real, hands-on infrastructure experience

Help our audience understand the practical, operational side of digital assets that most theory-heavy content skips

Required:

Real, hands-on experience across multiple crypto wallets and on-chain platforms

Practical experience with at least one on-chain trading platform (Hyperliquid, dYdX, or similar)

Ability to explain how this ecosystem actually connects to someone with zero technical background

Helpful but not required:

Experience across multiple blockchain ecosystems, not just one

A public track record (writing, tutorials, talks) related to on-chain tools or platforms

Background in product, operations, or technical roles before moving into crypto

This is a remote, full-time position.
