Banker's Lounge Academy is a 16-year-old financial training institution based in Cairo, Egypt. We've trained 80,000+ graduates, 70% of whom work inside banks, and we run corporate training programs across 15 governorates in Egypt. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, we're now expanding into digital assets — and this role is part of that expansion, focused on the APAC/Singapore market.

We're hiring a Crypto Tokenization & RWA Specialist who has real, hands-on experience with tokenized real-world assets — not someone who's studied the space from the outside. You've been in the room: structuring a tokenized fund, navigating Singapore's MAS regulatory framework (Payment Services Act, Securities and Futures Act), working with custodians or capital markets desks, or building the actual infrastructure behind a live tokenized product.

Your job will be to translate that real-world experience into practical, applied curriculum for banking professionals and students — people who need to understand tokenization and RWA the way institutions actually use it, not as theory. All demos and case studies run on demo/testnet environments or fully anonymized data. We never require exposure of live client deals, proprietary positions, or confidential deal terms.

Format: Remote, full-time. Hybrid content delivery (pre-recorded modules + live sessions), with live sessions scheduled to bridge Singapore and Cairo time zones.

This isn't a crypto startup borrowing credibility — it's the next chapter of a mission that's already shaped 80,000+ careers in banking. You'd be building the RWA/tokenization curriculum from a position of real institutional trust.
