Venture Search has partnered with a fast-growing, crypto-native proprietary trading firm that is quickly establishing itself as a leader in the digital asset space. Backed by top-tier investors and led by experienced technologists and traders, the firm operates at high frequency across global markets, leveraging advanced research, machine learning, and low-latency infrastructure.

They are now expanding their Quantitative Trading team in Singapore and are looking for talented individuals with proven high-frequency trading experience and a strong technical and analytical background. While DeFi experience is preferred, the key focus is on candidates who can contribute to growth in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

Experience:

• Currently working at a firm with a strong trading pedigree
• Direct experience in high-frequency trading, preferably from top-performing hedge funds or prop shops with a quantitative/HFT focus

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
• 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant trading or research role
• Prior exposure to digital assets is not a requirement, but a genuine interest in the space is important
• Experience within a high-frequency environment
• Strong RoC and minimum 2+ Sharpe
