Role Overview

We are hiring a Crypto Investment Products Specialist to support the design, packaging and positioning of crypto investment products on the HESIODE platform. This role is focused on product structure, risk logic, investor-fit and how strategies are explained to professional audiences.

This is not a trading role and not a software role. It is a product and investment structure role for someone who understands how allocators evaluate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Support design and packaging of crypto investment products and strategies

Define product logic: investor fit, risk framing, time horizon and use cases

Draft clear product briefs for sophisticated audiences (allocators, funds, family offices)

Analyze market regimes and how they affect product suitability

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products are launched cleanly and consistently

Provide structured feedback on how products are perceived by capital counterparties

Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity and professional discretion

Requirements

Strong understanding of crypto markets and investment product mechanics

Experience with investment products, structured offerings, portfolio frameworks or fund-style thinking

Ability to communicate complex strategies clearly in English

High attention to detail and disciplined analytical approach

Comfortable working with sophisticated counterparties and high standards

Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership

Hands-on experience with crypto wallets and exchanges is essential

Compensation

Base Salary: SGD 200,000 300,000 per year (Gross)

Token Allocation: Meaningful long-term incentive aligned with product adoption and distributed volume
