Role Overview

We are looking for a Crypto Deal & Capital Access Manager to support deal flow, capital introductions and opportunity assessment across the HESIODE ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of capital, products and counterparties.

You will engage with crypto-native investors, funds, family offices and high-level operators, helping structure introductions, evaluate opportunities and maintain a high-quality flow of capital-related interactions.

This is not retail sales and not trading. It is a role for people who understand how deals are sourced, filtered and executed in crypto.

Key Responsibilities

Support sourcing and coordination of crypto investment opportunities

Engage with funds, allocators, HNWI and crypto operators

Help evaluate opportunities for capital fit, structure and risk profile

Coordinate introductions between capital and product counterparties

Maintain an organized pipeline of deals and relationships

Prepare concise deal summaries and briefing materials

Ensure high standards of discretion, clarity and professionalism

Requirements

Strong understanding of crypto markets and capital dynamics

Experience in deal flow, investments, partnerships, advisory or trading environments

Ability to assess opportunities beyond surface-level narratives

Comfort communicating with capital-heavy and experienced counterparts

High ownership, strong judgment and disciplined thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Hands-on experience with crypto wallets and exchanges is essential

Compensation

Base Salary: SGD 190,000 280,000 per year (Gross)

Token Allocation: Long-term incentive aligned with successful deals and capital activity
