  • What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support business growth, revenue generation, and profitability targets in the Capital Markets/Wealth Management business.
  • Partner with Product, Investment, and Distribution teams to evaluate financial implications of new products, pricing models, and market expansion.
  • Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Develop performance dashboards and business KPIs to monitor sales trends, client profitability, product margins, and investment performance.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends, competitor analysis, and internal performance data.
  • Support annual budgeting and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead or support M&A analysis, partnership evaluations, or joint venture feasibility studies, where applicable.

  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA is highly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic planning within financial services, preferably in Wealth Management, Corporate Banking
  • Prior financial services management consulting firm experience (for toolkit, reps, variety); no profiles who only worked in industry role
  • Experience in Strategy e.g. Thought leadership/POVs, Strategic planning e.g. client experience, market entry; need strong quant
  • Strong English skills (written and verbal) and have the ability to articulate/message at senior levels
  • Ideation and initiative design
  • Attitude, emotional intelligence, ability to connect and make good first impressions
  • Able to manage ambiguity and be self-starter
  • Able to juggle multiple topics and deliver well (inc. prioritize and manage expectations)
  • [Nice to have] Wealth management/private banking experience (either in-house and/or as a consultant)
