Job Description:

  • Identify and drive key growth initiatives of Malaysia and Singapore Shopee Cross-Border business, including but not limited to warehouse fulfilment, assortment planning, price competitiveness
  • Define clear success metrics and KPI of initiatives through thorough/methodical, data-driven analysis
  • Work with multiple cross-functional and cross-geographical stakeholders to reach identified business objectives
  • Be an end-to-end business owner of growth initiatives, tracking and reporting results of initiatives to senior management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or other related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years in management consulting, with preferred relevant project experience in e-commerce and/or logistics fulfilment/warehouse
  • Candidates with background in strategic planning experience in e-commerce firms are also welcomed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
