Job Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting CRM or enterprise application teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience managing dependencies across integration, data, and platform teams.
Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated environments.
Knowledge of CRM integrations (REST APIs, middleware, event-based systems).
Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe SM).
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
