We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join the regional IT team, supporting CRM and digital initiatives across SEA & New Zealand.
The role will report directly to Director & Head of IT for SEA & NZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with two CRM vendors across the region:
- Singapore-based vendor supporting client
- China-based vendor supporting client
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth product delivery and operations
- Drive product planning, execution, enhancement, and stakeholder communication
- Support regional CRM and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager, preferably within CRM, retail, or e-commerce environments
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage cross-border collaboration in a regional setup
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirement:
- English and Chinese/Mandarin proficiency is required
