Job Description
We are seeking a CRM & Patient Engagement Executive to support patient communication, lifecycle marketing, and engagement initiatives across a portfolio of premium healthcare brands in Singapore, including International Medical Clinic (IMC), Smilefocus, and GPA Dental.
This role focuses on strengthening patient relationships through data-driven communication, supporting engagement activities, and coordinating outreach initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across patient lifecycle stages, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Develop segmented communication workflows based on patient profiles and behaviour
Execute EDM and messaging campaigns using CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar)
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Patient Engagement & Events
Support planning and execution of healthcare talks, educational sessions, and patient engagement events
Coordinate event logistics, communications, registration, and post-event follow-up activities
Assist in developing engagement initiatives to improve patient awareness and participation
Partnership & Outreach Support
Support coordination of partnerships and engagement activities with external organisations and community stakeholders
Assist in joint initiatives and co-branded engagement programmes
Content & Communication Support
Support creation of patient-facing communications including EDMs, event invitations, and informational materials
Ensure messaging is consistent across communication channels and aligned with brand guidelines
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain CRM database quality, segmentation, and data hygiene
Track engagement performance across campaigns and events
Prepare reports on key metrics such as open rates, engagement rates, participation outcomes and conversion rate.
Strong understanding of marketing performance and return (Marketing ROI), with ability to track, analyse, and report on marketing initiatives across CRM and engagement activities.
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all communications comply with Singapore healthcare advertising guidelines (MOH) and internal policies
Work closely with internal clinical and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in CRM, marketing, events, or customer engagement roles
Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong organisational and coordination skills, particularly for events or campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different teams
Preferred Skills / Advantageous
Experience in healthcare, education, hospitality, or service industries
Exposure to event management, community engagement, or partnership marketing
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or segmented communication strategies
Basic analytical skills with experience in reporting tools or dashboards
