About The Role

We are looking for a CRM Lead - Global Marketing to architect and oversee the end-to-end user operations and outreach journey. In this pivotal leadership role, you will align global outreach strategies with the company's commercial and growth objectives, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

As the strategic head of this function, you will mentor a high-performing team to build sophisticated automated systems and robust reactivation frameworks, leveraging deep insights into user behavior to maximize lifetime value (LTV) and long-term engagement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision & Implementation: Define the global roadmap for user operations. You will translate business goals into actionable outreach strategies, establishing the standards for automated reactivation and ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
  • System Architecture & Automation: Spearhead the design of an omni-channel automated ecosystem (Email, SMS, Push, Social). You will partner with technical teams to automate the configuration, execution, and monitoring of touchpoints to drive global efficiency.
  • Reactivation Framework Design: Develop sophisticated, data-driven strategies for inactive and churned segments. You will engineer high-conversion call-back touchpoints, bespoke incentive programs, and localized content to consistently improve retention rates.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and develop the CRM team, clarifying core objectives and establishing streamlined collaboration workflows. You will be responsible for elevating the team's technical capabilities through continuous coaching and skills training.
  • Data-Driven Governance: Build a comprehensive monitoring system to evaluate reach and conversion effectiveness. You will transform raw data into behavioral patterns, using these insights to refine operational tactics and outreach precision.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Technology. You will drive the optimization of internal reach tools and ensure the integrity of user data integration to support global strategies.
