Position Overview
This is a paid internship with a duration of 4-6 months with the possibility of the position leading into full-time employment upon completion, the successful candidate will manage Turnkey's CRM (HubSpot) for all contacts in Europe.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our company's HubSpot CRM system
Create and manage workflows, lead scoring and lead nurturing campaigns
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM
Perform routine data cleanup and deduplication activities
Help with training new users on the CRM system and best practices
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support their use of the CRM and assist with report generation
Continuously seek ways to improve CRM system efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
Required
Recent graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented and organised with strong time management skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
