CRM Implementation Project Manager

The Company

We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver a CRM implementation for a regional financial services client. The PM will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This is 6 month extendable contract.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and handover
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology teams, and vendors
• Drive requirements alignment, solution design coordination, and implementation planning
• Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment
• Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and documentation standards
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests

• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on CRM implementations.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as PM.
• Hands-on delivery experience with: Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 preferred), good to have some experience SugarCRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, customer data)
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have

• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Experience working in regional APAC projects
• Exposure to system integrations and vendor-led implementations
