We are representing our client, a well-established FMCG retailer, to look for a CRM Executive to complement the existing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise membership campaigns and automations to increase member acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation, achieving CRM KPIs.
- Curate and deliver targeted, channel-appropriate content that engages and resonates with target audiences.
- Design and implement effective campaign segmentation to support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, execution, communication, and performance reporting.
- Track, measure, and report on members communication performance, conducting A/B tests on elements such as EDM subject lines, SMS sales copy, send timing, and frequency to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Provide timely insights and analytical support to evaluate CRM channel effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to master CRM platforms and innovate customer communications with dynamic and personalised content across email, SMS, and other channels.
- Partner with relevant departments to address and resolve membership programme feedback and complaints promptly.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, with a focus on data mining or customer behaviour analysis.
- Experience launching CRM campaigns using EDM and SMS platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, Adobe Campaign, and HTML considered advantageous.
- Strong organisational, time management, multitasking skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused mindset with a keen interest in loyalty programmes.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively across teams.
