E-commerce & Campaign Support

• Support planning and execution of online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

• Coordinate with internal teams on creative assets and campaign timelines.

• Assist in tracking online sales performance and key e-commerce KPIs.

• Provide administrative and system support for e-commerce activities.

CRM Campaign Execution

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS.

• Support customer segmentation and campaign setup, including scheduling and basic personalisation.

• Manage automated CRM journeys (e.g. abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).

Reporting & Performance Support

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Maintain trackers and highlight optimisation opportunities.

• Provide basic support for digital performance campaigns and coordinate with media partners where required.
