CRM & Business Development Executive

We're Hiring: CRM & Business Development Executive

At DB&B, we believe in building strong partnerships and making informed decisions through data and collaboration. We are looking for a CRM & Business Development Executive to join our team and grow together on this journey.

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development team to manage CRM data, prepare reports and insights, coordinate tenders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will also gain exposure to business performance reporting and contribute to market insights that support decision-making.

What you'll be involved in

• Managing and maintaining CRM data and system processes
• Preparing reports and insights to support business tracking
• Coordinating tender submissions and documentation
• Supporting meeting coordination and stakeholder alignment
• Monitoring market developments and sharing relevant insights

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Business, Analytics, or related fields
• Prior experience in business development and/or CRM within a similar industry will be an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data
• Strong communication and coordination skills
