Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor client database, creation/updating of internal detailed data briefs to ensure correct profiling/segmentation of client data for structured client service follow ups in timely manner.
- Performing specimen collection kit order entry and carrying through the process of order entry e.g labelling, packing, verifying CSA, checking inventory and other tasks related to the collection kit process.
- Liaising with the clients, dispatch team and Sales team to ensure the smooth collection / delivery of specimens and documents between destinations.
- Relay messages to appropriate staffs such as Sales & Laboratory staffs, on matters including but not limiting to outstanding contract, clients information, specimen collection, medical reports, routing clients enquiries to Medical/Lab/Finance.
- Provide quality customer service through contact by telephone, following the structured client service follow up schedule timely.
- Handle customer enquiries/objections. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer, with ability to adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Verify CSA and support data entry, update and maintain data standards of records inputted into Client Services systems, including systematic filing of CSA.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
- Oversee the daily operations of a business or organization.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by Director.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma / bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of sales support/CRM/Marketing experience
