About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM and Lifecycle Assistant Manager / Manager to drive user lifecycle initiatives and optimize our CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will own lifecycle marketing execution, support CRM platform modernization, and work closely with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, personalized customer engagement programs that improve activation, retention, and long-term user value.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Platform Management & Migration: Support the migration, integration, and optimization of our CRM platform (Braze), including requirements gathering, data validation, testing, go-live activities, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Execution: Design, build, and manage lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation stages to improve key customer and business outcomes.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalized communication strategies across owned channels to enhance user experience and conversion performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Experimentation: Monitor lifecycle funnel performance, maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap, and leverage analytics to optimize metrics such as KYC completion, activation, first-time deposit, first-time trade, MAU, and retention.
  • Marketing Operations Excellence: Manage CRM campaigns, maintain data hygiene and event tracking accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes, scalability, and campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-6 years of experience in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation, with hands-on experience managing customer engagement programs at scale.
  • Strong working knowledge of Braze, including campaign execution, Canvas journey design, audience segmentation, and CRM platform integrations involving customer data pipelines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and BI tools to evaluate performance, generate insights, and drive experimentation and optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across Product, Analytics, Growth, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is required to support cross-border collaboration and marketing operations across Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, trading platforms, CRM platforms, CDPs, or marketing technology ecosystems will be advantageous.
