Job Description

Responsibilities:

To support the Fleet Crewing Manager in managing daily crew operations.
Help with organizing crew schedules, managing crew changes, and following up with the necessary people.
Assist in arranging travel for crew members when they join or leave their assignments (this includes booking flights, arranging visas, accommodation, etc.).
Make sure crew candidates meet all required qualifications (like medical checks and certificates).
Help out with all crew-related matters.
Do data entry, and handle recording, printing, and filing of documents.
Maintain an organized and user-friendly filing system to keep track of all department documents
