Crewing Executives

Job Description:

. Report to Crewing Manager and support crewing department with fleet of vessels, especially in Bulk Carriers.

. Arrange for interviews, medical check-ups, travel, lodging, etc. for seafarers apply COE from MPA and other flag requirements.

. Arrange for and verify seafarers licences, permits, certificates, and documentation into the system.

. Prepare and brief seafarers on their employment contracts, company policies, and procedures.

. Ensure and maintain confidentiality.

. Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Maritime studies or related fields (Human Resource Management).

. At least 2 years of crew management.

. Able to work well both independently and in a team.
