Income Tax - Manage Income Tax submissions (IRAS) for crew members and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Training & Documentation - Ensure all required certifications, training records, medical assessments records and all other crew related document are up to date and compliant with industry standards.
Crew Welfare & Support - Process crew joining and departure paperwork and assist with crew welfare. Act as the key contact for crew inquiries, welfare, and communication.
Administrative Support - Maintain records, liaise with departments, and assist in audits and special projects. Handle other administrative tasks as required by the crewing department
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Preferably experienced in Crewing management or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills can priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with crew members and management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
