What You'll Do

Be a fry & shake Enthusiast: Prepare + serve our signature flavoured fries & more

Deliver exceptional customer service: Make every interaction friendly & memorable

Ensure store operating processes and standards are adhered to

Lead inventory and stock management to keep things running smoothly

Monitor store performance, ensuring all stores under your care meet main KPIs for cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and sales

Coach and mentor Service Crews (new and existing)

Handle escalated issues, including customer concerns and equipment maintenance

Collaborate with Operations Supervisors on scheduling, training, reporting, and operational planning

Ensure seamless execution of cascading information including SOPs, promotions, new product launches, etc

What We're Looking For

Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals

Full-time: Able to work 44 hours weekly - 5 days, incl. weekends, public holidays

Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate

At least 2 years of operational experiences in F&B environment, including 1 year as a supervisor or shift-leader

Familiarity with Singapore's vibrant food culture is an advantage!
