Job Scope
- Manage and support hospital/clinic outposts and respond promptly to caregiver enquiries.
- Provide case management for caregivers of persons with mental health needs, including assessment, care planning, monitoring, and documentation.
- Monitor caregiver conditions and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
- Develop, co-facilitate, and support caregiver engagement activities, including volunteer involvement.
- Provide administrative, emotional, logistical, and operational support during engagement activities.
- Support public mental health education, community outreach, and partner engagement for programme implementation.
- Maintain accurate programme data and documentation assist with data collation and report submissions.
- Attend hospital case discussion sessions and mandatory trainings to maintain competency.
- Contribute to organisational and team projects, workgroups, and committees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head.
Job Requirements
. A Diploma in counselling, social work or psychology would be an
advantage
. Has at least 5 years of related experience in mental health
related fields
. Possesses good organisational, communication and
administrative skills
. Has the passion and dedication to work with families and
persons with mental health issues
