I am looking for a Credit Trader with at least 5 years of related experience, the successful candidate is responsible for credit trading activities and generating trading revenue for the Trading Desk.

- Make markets competitively and consistently for the firm's clients to produce stable, sustainable revenue across the credit cycle
- Manage trade flows and the execution of orders in a logical and risk-controlled manner, with a strong focus on fiduciary responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, Corporate Banking, and Private Banking divisions to generate additional client business
- Ensure the product area remains fully compliant with internal guidelines, risk limits, and regulations
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative subject
- 5+ years of related working experience within the banking industry and global market space, specifically trading credit-related instruments
- Deep knowledge of credit derivatives or structured products such as CLOs and ABS
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required to successfully liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparties at headquarters
- Achievement of the trading P&L budget
- Building strategic working relationships with Corporate Banking and Private Banking teams
- Effective coaching and delegation of responsibilities
- Avoidance of any breaches of internal guidelines, risk limits, rules, and regulations
