About the job
o Develop and optimize credit risk, fraud prevention, and operational risk strategies across multiple South and Southeast Asian markets
o Analyze portfolio performance using Vintage Analysis, Roll Rate Analysis, FPD, and other risk monitoring methodologies
o Explore internal and external data sources to identify data-driven risk optimization opportunities
o Build risk monitoring dashboards and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
o Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and regional teams to implement risk strategies
o Support regulatory compliance and collaborate with headquarters and local market teams
Looking for
We ae looking for a Risk Strategy Analyst to join our Risk Management team in Singapore.
If you're passionate about credit risk, fraud strategy, data analytics, and cross-regional collaboration, and want to build risk strategies across South and Southeast Asia, we'd love to hear from you.
o 2-5 years of experience in consumer finance, banking, fintech, or related industries
o Hands-on experience in Credit Risk Strategy or Fraud Strategy
o Strong SQL and Python skills
o Familiarity with the full credit lifecycle (pre-loan, mid-loan, post-loan)
o Knowledge of Vintage Analysis, Roll Rate Analysis, FICO Scorecards, and PD/LGD/EAD
o Singapore / PR preferred
Good to have:
o South and Southeast Asia multi-market experience
o Cross-regional risk coordination
o Experience in regulatory audit as well as scorecard modeling
o Bilingualism in English and Mandarin
o CFA / FRM
