Propose and implement credit strategy and policy for retail lending.
Conduct portfolio monitoring, analysis and prepare risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends.
Coordinate with the modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and ECL/Basel models.
Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics.
Evaluate and influence to balance business growth in the form of policy refinement and credit testing.
Provide insights with recommendations on policy changes to improve portfolio quality.
Collaborate closely with collection team and feedback on collections policies or strategies that will help in reducing delinquency roll rates and losses
Collaborate closely with operation team to improve process and conduct technology enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields.
3 years and above relevant experience in risk management specializing in credit risk management in banking, financial services, financial technology or internet industry.
Preferably have 3-5 years experience in managing Credit Cards
Proficiency in SQL or SAS or Python.
Familiar with regulations in South East Asia markets is a plus.
Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/FRM is a plus.
