CREDIT RISK LEAD | SME FOCUSED | REGIONAL DIGITAL BANKING GROUP

Our client is a leading Financial Services Holding Group with a strong deposit base and a growing lending franchise across the region. As the business continues to expand, there is a need for a Credit Risk Lead to oversee the non-retail portfolio.

Reporting to the Group Head of Risk, you will lead a team responsible for credit modelling and risk policy, with a primary focus on SMEs and corporates. You will play a critical role in balancing the groups growth ambitions with sound risk management practices, while working closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction.

Requirements: 10+ years in SME credit risk management (policy, modelling) with team management experience; preferably exposed to a large fintech or digital lending within a bank. Candidates with prior Delegation of Authority (DOA) to approve credit decisions is preferred.
