Position Overview:
The Credit Risk Director will lead the strategic expansion of CRIF's credit bureau operations across the region. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable revenue growth, enhancing client value, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in credit risk, financial services, and B2B relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic expansion of CRIF's credit bureau footprint across the region, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with regional profitability goals.
- Ensure delivery of high-value client solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance bureau products and services.
- Strengthen client relationships and retention through proactive engagement, solution customization, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee operational excellence by implementing process improvements and leveraging data insights to support business decisions.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams to support bureau growth and client success across multiple geographies.
- Represent CRIF in industry forums and regulatory discussions, positioning the bureau as a trusted partner in financial services innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, credit bureau operations, or credit risk management.
- Strong network within the financial services ecosystem ability to generate revenue through strategic relationships.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment is a plus.
