Support the growth strategy for the off-ecosystem expansion of the consumer credit business, identifying opportunities and translating them into concrete initiatives with local teams
Track business performance and unit economics, and evaluate the commercial impact of growth initiatives and partnership deals
Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points, and work with product and risk teams to improve conversion
Build market and competitive intelligence on the regional consumer credit landscape to inform business strategy
Support the design and evaluation of campaigns and partner programs with clear success metrics
Prepare business reviews and deep-dive analyses for regional leadership, with clear, data-backed recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
Min 1 year of experience in payments, consumer credit/BNPL, e-commerce, consulting, or a high-growth tech environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets and building structured analyses from scratch (SQL and advanced Excel strongly preferred)
Commercial instinct: able to connect operational metrics to business outcomes and make trade-off recommendations, not just report numbers
Clear written and verbal communication; able to distill complex analyses into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders
Comfortable operating in ambiguity across multiple markets, functions, and time zones; proactive in driving workstreams independently
