Your Team, Your Impact

Credit & Collections is responsible for the extension of credit and payment terms to customers including the prompt collection of billings and periodic forecasting of receipts.

What You Can Expect

  • Manage a team of Credit & Collection Analysts handling a global AR portfolio of $1B+
  • Review and approve customer credit lines
  • Ensure collection metrics (e.g., DSO) meet company guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners including customers, Sales Operations, Treasury, Accounting, Logistics, and 3rd-party credit bureaus
  • Monitor and resolve daily credit holds
  • Prepare and update weekly collection forecasts
  • Provide periodic reports to Senior Management, including the AR Allowance, AR Reclass, AR Reconciliations and other AR metric reports
  • Coordinate periodic AR factoring with partner banks

What We're Looking For

  • Abachelor's degreein finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ yearsof experience in credit analysis, lending, or credit risk
  • 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles
  • Strong skills infinancial statement analysis,credit scoring models, andrisk assessmentare essential
  • Experience with forecasting AR collections
  • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley financial controls
  • Ability tocommunicate credit decisionsclearly and collaborate with internal teams (sales, treasury, accounting) and external customers
  • Proven ability tolead and mentorcredit analysts or collections teams
  • Experience with AR factoring including the collection of AR on behalf of the bank
  • Experience withOracle, Highradius, Credit Risk Monitor, and/or Creditsafe a plus
  • High level of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Ability to maintain composure during a high-volume environment
