Job Description
Conduct in-depth credit evaluations of commercial and corporate loan applications, including detailed analysis of business models, historical performance, underlying assets. Exercise approving authority to approve or recommend credit facilities to appropriate approving authority in line with the Bank's credit policies and risk appetite.
Job Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of assets and borrowers, monitoring asset quality metrics and identifying early warning signals for credit deterioration.
- Risk Mitigation & Structuring: Provide expert guidance on credit matters including deal structuring to mitigate risks
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Business Units to provide independent comments to credit proposals while supporting sustainable growth through training, knowledge sharing and regular feedback with stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years relevant corporate credit evaluation experience in credit analysis, structuring, or approval roles within financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or professional certifications (CFA, FRM, or ACCA) are highly preferred.
- Possesses strong analytical and meticulous risk assessment capabilities, with deep expertise in credit structuring across loan products complemented by effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across functions.
- Candidate should also have familiarity with using emerging AI applications in credit assessment, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance analysis efficiency and decision-making. *Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
