Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assess sophisticated financing transactions across a range of asset-backed and tailored lending structures
- Partner closely with commercial and advisory teams to support deal structuring and execution
- Prepare, evaluate, and present credit submissions for senior approval forums
- Review, negotiate, and validate transaction documentation to ensure adherence to approved risk parameters
- Exercise sound, independent credit judgement and provide effective challenge when required
- Maintain visibility over active transactions, portfolio quality, and credit controls
- Support the development of junior colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance / credit
