Credit Control Specialist (Finance Operations)

This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to broaden their knowledge of business processes and finance controls within an established global organization. They will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders across finance and business functions, regionally.This role suits someone with some finance or credit control experience and capable of managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage portfolio queries, recoveries and correspondences with various channel partners
2. Monitor and report on outstanding debts, identifying potential bad debts.
3. Support operations and client servicing teams by resolving queries.
4. Reconcile daily transactions from the payment gateway, addressing discrepancies.
5. Review and post payment vouchers into the reconciliation system.
6. Verify commission statements for accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Minimally 1 year of experience in credit control, finance, or audit, with a relevant university degree.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
3. Positive learning attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Singapore based candidates with a right to work will be prioritised.
