Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control & Accounts Executive to manage accounts receivable and credit operations. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue payments, processing new account applications, maintaining records in SAP, and preparing AR reports for management. The ideal candidate will liaise with customers, insurers, and banks professionally, support billing and collections activities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial processes. Candidates with experience in consumer electronics or leasing industries will have an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organise and conduct regular credit and AR review meetings with business units and sales teams to close out delinquent accounts.
  • Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Review and process new customer account applications.
  • Maintain and update customer account details and credit limits in SAP.
  • Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds and coordinate with sales to address overdue issues.
  • Circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminders, and confirmation letters.
  • Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
  • Prepare collections and AR status reports for management and headquarters.
  • Liaise with insurers to apply for trade credit insurance and with banks for bank guarantees, letters of credit, etc.
  • Verify supporting documents for customer billings.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller or Assistant Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SAP experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Letters of Credit is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, take ownership, and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments simultaneously.
