About The Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day asset management operations for consumer credit portfolios, with a strong understanding of lending business models and product structures. 2. Build and optimize cash flow and portfolio allocation models, balancing yield, liquidity, and risk. 3. Support funding partners on cost analysis, pricing discussions, and structured product operations provide recommendations on asset allocation and issuance strategy. 4. Establish and monitor key portfolio metrics, risk indicators, and early warning mechanisms. 5. Improve forecasting and quantitative analysis capabilities to enhance asset management strategy and decision-making. 6. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive system and product capabilities for long-term asset management operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in credit management, asset management, or consumer finance. Preferred Qualification(s): 1. Familiar with funding cost pricing logic in consumer lending and financing or securitization solutions in Southeast Asia. 2. Strong analytical thinking and learning agility.
