Job Overview:
The Credit Analyst is responsible for driving effective credit risk management, strategic collections, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the Credit Management function.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities to assess credit exposures, identify risk trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making to enhance collection performance, operational efficiency, controls, and customer experience. The role also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen credit governance and policies, resolve complex customer and billing issues.

Your work life:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
Document end-to-end business processes using industry-standard methodologies
Develop and maintain process documentation, controls, and performance metrics to track improvements and outcomes.
Educate and support operational teams on new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Review and enhance credit policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives, risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Perform credit assessments and reviews in accordance with established credit policies and risk appetite.
Prepare monthly ageing report and weekly collection report, analyze credit exposures, collections performance and ageing trends. Identify key risk areas, provide actionable insights and recommend improvement strategies.
Support audits by providing accurate documentation and responding promptly to audit requests.
Manage and oversee collection activities for assigned strategic customer accounts, requiring in-depth analysis of customer payment behaviour, commercial arrangements, and dispute drivers to develop effective collection and resolution strategies.
