This role involves reviewing financial documents, verifying client information, and preparing structured proposals for submission to external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of case records.
Review supporting documents such as credit reports, income statements, and financial declarations.
Extract and consolidate relevant financial data accurately and systematically.
Verify and clarify information with clients where required.
Review case notes and ensure documentation is complete and well-maintained.
Prepare individualized proposals for submission to creditors or relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate case records in accordance with internal procedures and data governance standards.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Social Services, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial services, banking, credit processing, case administration, or social services environments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
Ability to analyse financial information systematically.
Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Organised and able to manage multiple cases within timelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
