Job Responsibilities

. Develop new merchant partnerships for TikTok Creator Marketing

. Introduce creator marketing solutions to merchants

. Recruit, build and manage your own creator team

. Match suitable creators with merchant campaigns

. Lead campaign execution from planning to completion

. Build long-term relationships with merchants and creators

. Achieve sales and business development targets

Requirements

. Strong communication and sales skills

. Passionate about TikTok and creator marketing

. Leadership and team management potential

. Business development or sales experience is preferred

. Training will be provided
