Position Overview

As the Tech Lead, you will drive our mission to deliver world-class digital experiences. You are

responsible for scaling our in-house production capabilities for immersive and interactive

installations through robust software development, technical architecture, and strategic

process design. You will lead the technical roadmap, mentoring staff and ensuring that all our

digital experience projects are successfully delivered to become significant business drivers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Development

. Continuous Training: Lead continuous technical training programs that go beyond

basic onboarding to ensure the team stays ahead of emerging tech and maintains a

high baseline of production proficiency.

. Technical Project Management: Orchestrate the technical lifecycle of projects,

managing internal developers and external partners to align technical solutions with

creative vision.

. Offshore Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage offshore production teams,

establishing smooth collaboration workflows between HQ and distributed talent to drive

production scalability.

2. Business Outcomes & Operational Excellence

. Cost & Efficiency Management: Maximize production profit by increasing the portion of

budget kept in-house and implementing cost-tracking systems.

. Requirement Alignment & Quality Control: Reduce iterative rework by implementing

rigorous client-alignment protocols and technical requirement frameworks to ensure

deliverables match expectations from day one.

. Productization & Modularization: Identify and prioritize key functional components of

interactives to modularize and productize them, reducing production and integration

time while maintaining world-class quality standards.

3. Technical Hardware & AV Oversight

. Hardware System Architecture: Design and oversee end-to-end technical hardware

approaches, including advanced audio-visual (AV) signal flows, IT infrastructure,

lighting control, sensors, and mechanical components.

. Integration & Compliance: Act as the primary technical authority in orchestrating

partners for complex installations, managing technical AV and IT consultants to ensure

compliance and smooth physical-to-digital integration.

. Detailed Specs: Produce and validate detailed technical specifications for hardware

systems to close loopholes arising from inadequate vendor capability.

4. Innovation & R&D (Product Development)

. Generative AI & 3D Workflows: Drive R&D efforts to integrate LLM, generative

image/video (ComfyUI), and cutting-edge 3D production and animation workflows into

project pipelines.

. Advisory Consulting: Act as a technical consultant for clients, providing

Requirements & Tech Stack

. Experience: 15+ years in technical production or software development, with a proven

track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex digital

installations.

. Game Engines: Solid foundational knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, and Touch

Designer. You must possess the technical depth to manage, mentor, and review the

work of game engine specialists.

. Full-Stack Proficiency:

o Front-End: Advanced HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), WebGL, and

React.js.

o Back-End: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, and PHP. Deep experience

with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and high-performance server-side logic.

o Databases: Comfort managing both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL

(MongoDB, Firebase) environments.

. Version Control: Mastery of Git workflows and code repository management.

. Eligibility: Must be legally able to work in Singapore, willing to work on-premises at

Changi Business Park, and capable of remote work to set up and manage offshore

production teams.

. Cloud & Networking: Experience configuring and managing local network

infrastructures for physical installations and leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, GCP,

Azure) for hosting.

. UI/UX Literacy: Ability to set standards for UX/UI designers to ensure designs are

optimized for technical execution.
