We're looking for a creative thinker who can come up with scroll-stopping ideas for mobile game ads.
This role isn't about video editing or production — our pipelines (including AI tools) handle execution Your focus is simple: come up with compelling concepts, hooks, and narratives that drive installs.
If you naturally think in ad ideas, variations, and what makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Generate a high volume of ad ideas for short-form creatives
- Craft strong first 3-second hooks to capture attention
- Turn gameplay into clear, engaging ad concepts
- Write simple scripts / briefs for production
- Create multiple variations of winning ideas
- Analyze trends, competitors, and performance to iterate
- Partner with UA & creative teams to scale what works
What We're Looking For
- Strong creative instincts with a performance mindset — able to come up with multiple ideas quickly, while keeping outcomes like installs and conversions in mind (not just visual appeal or impressions)
- Deep understanding of short-form content & attention mechanics
- Ability to turn features into audience-first narratives
- Clear, structured thinking (clarity > polish)
- Familiar with TikTok-style / performance-driven creatives
- Curious, trend-aware, and idea-driven
Nice to Have
- Strong interest in mobile games, with an understanding of player motivations and gameplay loops
- Experience in mobile games or performance marketing
- Understanding of common ad angles (fail/win, UGC, story-driven, etc.)
- Familiarity with GenAI video tools / AI creative workflows

- You should be able to say: Here are 10 different ways to sell this feature
- Success is ultimately measured by how well your ideas translate into installs and conversions, not just views or impressions
