Role Description

The Creative Services Director / Multimedia Strategy Lead is responsible for leading the organization's creative output across visual design, content production, and multimedia storytelling. The role focuses on developing integrated creative strategies that strengthen brand identity, enhance audience engagement, and support marketing and business objectives across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities include defining creative direction, overseeing multimedia campaigns, and managing end-to-end production of content such as video, motion graphics, photography, digital assets, and branded storytelling materials. The role involves ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics, tone, and messaging across all creative outputs.

The director works closely with marketing, brand, social media, product, and communications teams to translate business goals into compelling creative concepts and campaigns. They are responsible for managing creative teams, external agencies, production vendors, and freelance talent to deliver high-quality creative work.

In addition, the role includes developing multimedia strategies for campaigns, optimizing content performance based on engagement data, and driving innovation in creative formats and storytelling techniques. The Creative Services Director / Multimedia Strategy Lead plays a key role in elevating brand presence and delivering impactful visual communication.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8–15+ years of experience in creative direction, multimedia production, branding, or content strategy roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in visual storytelling, multimedia campaigns, and brand design
  • Expertise in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar platforms
  • Experience managing creative teams, production workflows, and external agencies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement principles
  • Ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts and campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in video production, motion design, or multimedia storytelling is an advantage
  • Strong creative thinking and innovation mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
