Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a Creative Sales professional(Commission base). The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting Dezigo's AI-enhanced creative solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs, tailoring proposals, and collaborating with internal creative and product teams to align solutions with client objectives. The Creative Sales professional will nurture relationships with existing clients, provide timely support, and help them maximize value from Dezigo's subscription-based services.

The role also includes maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM tools, and sharing feedback from the market to inform product and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, clarify client needs, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing, ideally within creative, SaaS, or subscription-based service environments.
  • Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide clients on service usage, support onboarding, and contribute to optimizing sales processes and playbooks.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams using digital tools.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity or interest in AI, design, or creative services, along with relevant education or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
