Digital Imaging Artist / Retoucher

Qualifications:

-Preferably holds a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or other 2D/3D design-related fields

-Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop (expert-level retouching), Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign

-Experience in creative and commercial retouching for advertising, packaging, or editorial projects

-Confident in colour correction, image compositing, and familiar with colour management systems (CMYK, RGB workflows)

-Strong knowledge of lighting and shadows, especially in product and beauty imagery

-Skilled in background removal, multi-element compositing, and applying realistic textures and effects

-Has a sharp eye for detail with strong visual judgment in colour, composition, and consistency

-Able to assess and apply the appropriate level of editing based on project needs

-Understanding of print and digital output requirements (resolution, bleed, file types, etc.)

-Comfortable interpreting briefs and developing effective retouching strategies, (from basic cleanup to advanced creative edits)

-Capable of building seamless, photorealistic visuals using stock images when needed

-Passionate about packaging aesthetics and visual storytelling

-Creative and proactive. Confident in suggesting visual solutions or alternatives

-Independent, well-organised, and able to manage timelines without compromising quality

-Team-oriented with clear communication and collaboration skills

-Open to feedback and quick to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment

-Able to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines

-Bonus if experienced in beauty, FMCG, or advertising-related retouching

-And most importantly - a great sense of humour and positive team spirit!
