This role is a key part of a dedicated design team driving creative innovation within the SMB Ads Marketing Team of this long-time client - a global leader in the Tech industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team based in Singapore, which is an extension of the wider EMEA regional design team based in the UK.
The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle of creative projects from concept development to final delivery. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Initially you will work closely with the team to fully understand and adopt the brand design guidelines and processes. You will also be expected to establish a strong, direct relationship with the client based in Singapore.
Please take note that this is a fixed term contract role for 1 year.
Key Responsibilities- Concept Development & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the client, and the creative team to develop, and refine innovative concepts and strategies for various projects - predominantly for digital content and motion assets.
- Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee all aspects of digital and motion asset production,
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams (creative, marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, freelancers).
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and are delivered within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present project proposals, updates, and final deliverables to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a Creative Producer, Producer, or similar role ideally in a tech environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering a diverse range of creative projects.
- Strong understanding of all stages of the creative production process, from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
