Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Lead to own the end-to-end production pipeline across two distinct content streams: corporate marketing content (brand reels, skits, ads) and CEO personal brand content (long-form YouTube, storytelling reels). You will be the single point of accountability for content output - managing the production calendar, coordinating freelance videographers and editors, and ensuring both pipelines ship consistently and on time. You won't just manage logistics you'll bring creative judgment to briefing, scripting, and quality control. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative direction and production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Production calendar management across Snap Fitness national marketing and CEO's personal brand content streams

  • Creative briefing and scripting for short-form reels, skits, and ad content

  • Coordination of shoots - booking freelance videographers, managing locations, talent, and equipment

  • Post-production oversight - managing editors to ensure cuts meet brand standards, platform specs, and deadlines

  • Content pipeline operations - building repeatable workflows from concept to publish, including asset management and platform scheduling

  • Stakeholder alignment - working directly with the CEO on personal brand direction and with the marketing team on corporate content priorities

  • Vendor and freelancer management - sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining a bench of reliable freelance shooters and editors

  • Quality control - reviewing all final cuts before publish, ensuring consistency in tone, pacing, and visual identity

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in content production, video production management, or a creative producer role

  • Strong understanding of short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content - you know what performs and why

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines without dropping balls

  • Experience coordinating freelancers or small production teams

  • A portfolio or body of work demonstrating creative judgment - not just execution, but taste

  • Comfort working directly with a founder/CEO who has a clear creative vision but needs someone to operationalize it

  • Familiarity with production tools (e.g., Frame.io, Google Drive, project management tools like Notion or Asana)

  • Based in Singapore with flexibility for on-location shoots

Nice to have

  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) - you don't need to be the primary editor, but being able to do rough cuts or quick turnarounds is a plus

  • Understanding of content marketing funnels - how organic content feeds into paid acquisition and brand building

  • Experience producing content for a personal brand or founder-led company
