WOWFX Studios is looking for a Creative Producer to join our growing team.
This role is for someone who enjoys shaping ideas, telling stories, and bringing creative visions to life while understanding the practical realities of production, timelines, and budgets.
You will play a key role in concept development, creative direction, and execution, working closely with directors, designers, VFX artists, producers, and clients to deliver strong, cohesive creative work.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine creative concepts, narratives, and storytelling approaches
- Translate client briefs into compelling, executable creative ideas
- Collaborate closely with directors, creative teams, motion/VFX artists, and producers to maintain creative integrity
- Ensure consistency in tone, visual language, and storytelling from concept to final delivery
- Present and articulate creative ideas clearly and confidently to clients
- Balance creativity with feasibility, budget, and timelines
- Support pitches, proposals, and creative presentations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or Senior Creative
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills (beyond visuals alone)
- Experience working with content, animation, VFX, or immersive projects
- Comfortable collaborating with creative, technical, and production teams
- Able to think creatively while staying grounded in production realities
- Confident communicator who can professionally present and defend ideas
- Passion for high-quality creative work and visual storytelling
