Job Description:

As a marketing intern with Maybank Securities, you will have a unique opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of financial services.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in the creation and design of marketing collaterals, including content, for social media platforms, campaigns, and any other promotional materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Produce and edit engaging video content for social media and campaigns.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
• Contribute to content writing for social media posts, and other marketing communications.
• Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategy.
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content on social media platforms.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Research market trends, competitors activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Assistance with ad hoc tasks, including event coordination and other support activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mind set with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and exhibit team player qualities within the team.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
