Role Description

You'll be the creative engine behind multiple brands designing assets, shaping campaigns, staying

ahead of trends, and gradually taking ownership of how we show up across every channel. This role

is built for someone who starts with strong design instincts and wants to grow into a marketing

strategist and team leader.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design across formats produce scroll-stopping visuals for social media, digital ads, in-store collateral, and brand campaigns across all KC Group brands.
  • Ideate and pitch campaigns bring creative concepts to the table, from seasonal promotions to brand storytelling initiatives. You won't just execute you'll co-create.
  • Own content calendars plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more).
  • Stay trend-aware actively monitor design, social, and marketing trends; propose how we adapt and stay relevant across each brand.
  • Collaborate on strategy work closely with co-founders and brand leads to align creative output with business goals, franchise positioning, and growth targets.
  • Coordinate vendors and creatives brief and manage external photographers, videographers, and copywriters as needed for campaigns.
  • Track and learn from performance review campaign results, understand what works, and iterate with data-backed reasoning.
  • Grow into team leadership as the role matures, you'll help manage and direct junior team members, becoming the creative brain of the marketing function.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field (fresh grads encouraged to apply).
  • Strong design fundamentals typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • Marketing curiosity you don't just want to make things look good; you want to understand why a campaign works and what drives results.
  • Creative ambition you have opinions, ideas, and the initiative to put them forward.
  • Multi-brand agility comfortable context-switching between different brand tones, audiences, and visual identities.
  • Video and motion skills (bonus) basic Reels / TikTok editing experience is a strong plus.
