Introduction:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing F&B hospitality group in Singapore, known for our innovative concepts and vibrant dining experiences. As we continue to expand our footprint and brand portfolio, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Creative Manager to lead and execute our creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to conceptualize and implement creative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and in-store experiences.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, menus, posters, signage, packaging, and event collateral.
- Develop brand identities and maintain consistency across all creative touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor junior designers or freelance creatives when needed.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, culinary) and external vendors to ensure creative assets are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in F&B and hospitality marketing.
- Oversee creative project timelines, ensuring efficient workflow from concept to execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and creative thinking.
- Proven experience in the F&B, Retail, Lifestyle, & Luxury industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A vibrant personality with a strong work ethic and a passion for food, design, and storytelling.
